By accessing Vitaedux, creating an account, or taking any assessment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Eligibility

4. Assessments & Reports
Vitaedux's tests (including the Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Intelligence, and Adaptability Quotient assessments) are designed to give you self-awareness insight and general career-direction guidance.
They are not clinical, psychological, medical, or professional diagnostic instruments. Results are informational only, should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and should not be used as the sole basis for major medical, legal, employment, educational, or financial decisions.
We aim for our scoring methodology to be accurate and consistent, but as with any self-report assessment, results can be affected by factors outside our control (your environment, honesty of responses, state of mind, etc.), and we don't guarantee any particular outcome or level of accuracy.
5. Payments & Refunds
Some reports require a one-time payment to unlock, processed securely through Stripe. Each payment unlocks the specific report it was made for -- this is not a subscription, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to unlock another report.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Intellectual Property
All assessment content, questions, scoring methodology, reports, branding, and site design are the property of Vitaedux (or its licensors) and are protected by intellectual property law. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform and view your own reports -- it doesn't give you any ownership over that content.
8. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers to operate the platform, including Stripe for payment processing and Google for optional sign-in. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Vitaedux is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitaedux and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on your assessment results.
